Does the practice offer 24 hr Emergency Service?

Does the practice offer any finance schemes?

Yes. The Dental Loan Worried about the cost of your dental treatment? Would you like to have your teeth whitened ? If you apply for our interest free Dental Loan today you could soon receive the treatment of your choice. And it really is interest free – that’s zero percent interest on the total cost of your treatment (spread equally over the agreed term). About our finance James Hull Associates introduced Dental Loans into its practices some 5 years ago in order to provide patients with affordable treatments. The Dental Loan was an instant success and proved to be a simple way for patients to spread the cost of their dental care over extended periods with no interest to pay at all. How the account works * The cost of initial treatment is divided over the agreed term, to give you your monthly repayments. * The first installment will be due a month after your treatment starts – we will tell you the exact date when we send you a welcome letter advising you of your credit limit, should you ever need to use the account again in the future. * You can spend up to your credit limit, so once you have started to reduce your account, your credit limit is available to be re-used, on a revolving basis. * So if you do need further treatment, this will simply be added to the outstanding balance on your account, and the repayments will be re-calculated on the new, total value. The revised equal payments will continue, until your balance reaches zero, or you have further treatment. So it’s really easy to plan your treatments if you are on a budget. * The minimum payment each month is £40 and no interest will be charged, so long as you continue to make your payments on time. * We will send you a monthly statement, keeping you up-to-date on your treatment bills and payments made. Open an account today Simply ask at the Dental Reception about opening a loan account today and they will take down your details. Clode Retail Finance can approve your application over the phone, giving you a credit limit immediately. All CRF need from you are two forms of identification for security reasons, such as a credit card, driving licence or a recent utility bill. After you receive your welcome letter from CRF you are free to use your account whenever you want to receive treatment. How to make repayments The simplest and easiest way to make your repayments is via Direct Debit. Alternatively you have flexibility to pay in other ways, for example by cheque, debit or credit card. Instant credit Once your application has been approved, you will have access to instant credit, enabling you to arrange your treatment straight away. Other family members can use your account The principal account holder can nominate other family members to be able to use your account by simply supplying us with their details. You can do this by calling 08701 608 806. It’s very simple. Once set up, additional account members may use the account to pay for treatment, although they cannot alter any existing arrangements made by you, the principal account holder. Increasing your credit limit Should the need arise, this is easy too – just telephone 08701 608 806 and ask if your limit can be raised. If you have good conduct on the account for a long period, then we should be able to increase your credit immediately. If you are unable to work or lose your job Your repayments still need to be made, even if you are ill. Don’t worry though – you can protect your payments in the event of illness, unemployment or even death. For only 75p per £100 of the outstanding balance on your account per month, you can have peace of mind for yourself and your family. To qualify for the cover, you must be aged between 18 and 65 years old, and be permanently employed for a minimum of 16 hours per week. Simply contact Clode Retail Finance to discuss Payment Protection once your loan has been approved. If you get declined In the unlikely event that we are unable to approve your application, they are prevented from informing you of the reason over the telephone, by the Data Protection Act. Unfortunately we can only offer you a response in writing. In these circumstances please write to us at the address shown opposite, stating your name and the name of our clinic/hospital (where you applied for the account). Dental Hygiene Plan Our hygienists normally charge you for each visit separately. A financially more advantageous approach is our Dental Hygiene Plan. For a modest monthly payment, you will receive a regular scale and polish every 4 months, plus an additional visit at a time to suit you. Our hygienists will also provide you with advice to achieve and maintain good oral health. Full details are available at each practice.

Yes. Denplan James Hull Associates has teamed up with Denplan to provide a dental healthcare plan for our patients. It is a monthly payment scheme created to help you. It combines cover for regular examinations, hygiene visits and x-rays plus the extra benefit and reassurance of insurance for accident and emergency cover. Denplan is the UK's leading provider of preventive dental care programmes, with over 1.8 million patients registered. James Hull Associates, with the support of Denplan, are in the best position to help you monitor good oral health through the Denplan Essentials programme. Spread the costs of your regular dental care with predictable monthly payments Ensuring your dental health has never been so easy. With Denplan Essentials the cost of your examinations, monitoring X-rays and hygiene care is evenly spread throughout the year in affordable monthly payments. Preventive care for a healthier mouth As a Denplan Essentials patient you can also look forward to better long-term oral health because you can attend the dentist on a regular basis to help you prevent problems before they occur. Regular examinations make good sense The regular care you receive as a Denplan Essentials patient helps ensure that any treatment needs are identified in good time. Your dentist will advise you of any treatments you need - such as fillings, crowns or cosmetic work - and the additional costs involved. Emergency care when away from your own dentist If you ever need dental treatment in a hurry – at any time of the day or night – help is at hand with the mandatory Supplementary Insurance arranged by Denplan on your behalf. This accident and emergency cover is included when you become a Denplan Essentials patient, giving you invaluable peace of mind whether you are away from home, away on business or on holiday abroad. Emergency Helpline at your service As part of Denplan’s Insurance Services you’ll also have access to Denplan’s 24 hour emergency helpline service which can help you find a dentist wherever you are in the world.. Discounts available Discounts are available of up to 15% if one Direct Debit covers more than one registered Denplan patient receiving treatment at the same practice. 10% discount off James Hull private routine dental treatment, please ask your practice for further details. 10% discount off chiropody/osteopathy/physiotherapy treatments (in participating practices). Denplan Essentials offers you: * Routine and preventive dental care (as specified in your contract) * dental examinations (up to the maximum detailed inyour contract) * X-rays * scaling and polishing or other hygiene treatment (up to the maximum detailed in your contract) * preventive dental advice * no assessment appointment required Denplan Essentials does not cover the following: * the costs of any restorative dental treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges or dentures (at the discretion of your dentist) * laboratory fees/prescriptions * any treatment specified as excluded by the dentist in your contract * referral to a specialist and specialist treatment * orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatment * sedation fees As part of Denplan Essentials you receive Supplementary Insurance which includes: * dental accident cover (up to £10,000 per incident) * temporary emergency dental treatment in the UK (up to £400 per incident. Total limit payable £800 per calendar year) * temporary emergency dental treatment when overseas (up to £400 per incident. Total limit payable £800 per calendar year) * £60 for every night spent in hospital under the care of a dental or oral/maxillo-facial surgeon for treatment to head and neck * up to £12,000 mouth cancer treatment costs for up to 18 months following a positive diagnosis. Smokers are not excluded from this cover Your Supplementary Insurance does not cover: * permanent treatment in a dental emergency * emergency treatment provided by your own dentist or a dentist/specialist acting on your dentist’s behalf * dental injuries caused whilst training for or participating in contact sports unless recommended mouth protection is worn * mouth cancer diagnosed before joining Denplan or within 90 days after the date you joined Denplan (or for which tests or consultations began within those 90 days) Insurance Services provides: * 24 hour worldwide emergency helpline * arrangement of Supplementary Insurance cover * assistance with any enquiries regarding your insurance policy This is a summary of product benefits, exclusions and limitations.
